How many mobiles can you load at once?
Each charger can load four mobile phones simultaneously.
How do I add my bar or restaurant to the Battever app once I purchase the product?
Just fill out a small form with local information and you will be able to list our APP for Android and iOS in order to attract customers looking to load their battery. The application allows you to include in the promotions section any offer of the premises.
Can I customize the products?
Yes, it’s very simple. You can send your logo to info (A) battever.com and, with the purchase of the product, we will send you the personalized charger with the logo or design of your establishment. You can also send us an image of your menu/desserts/offers and we’ll add it to you to act as a mobile carrier.
Is it easy to have my product stolen?
NO, since the charger is usually located inside the bar or in a safe place and, when the customer requests the charger, the waiter approaches it to the table in such a way that it is controlled who has it at all times. It is not the same as napkins and more items that there may be more thefts by the fact that they are always at the table. Anyway, in case you can not have controlled the chargers in the bar or restaurant (for example on the terrace) we recommend asking for an ID card if you want to load your mobile.
Can you load all mobile devices?
The device allows 95 of the phones on the market to be loadd.
How is the charger loadd (worth redundancy!)?
Easy! We provide you with a charger for each device or charging dock where up to 4 Battever Slims or the other charging dock can be loadd 3 Battever Classic.
What is the monthly power of the charger's battery?
Consumption if you were charging the device at full power for as long as the premises were open (which is impossible because the devices when they are 100 stop charging), would consume 1.60 euros per month. Obviously, the monthly consumption is much lower, with an average approximate monthly consumption figure being 0.20 euros.
What if it gets wet? Is it waterproof?
The design it has is splash-proof and the cables are reinforced to hold. Either way, we advise against exposing it to liquids for optimal use.
How do I know when to load devices?
Thanks to the LED indicators that show the battery you have.
